"Nobody likes paying insurance, but it’s a necessity. So your insurance provider and the people you deal with need to make that necessity as painless and pleasurable as possible. We switched to State Farm last year, for that very reason. The larger company we worked with for many years before was completely automated. We could hardly ever get a person on the line when we needed answers to questions and it was very impersonal. Since we joined State Farm and in particular this Staci Howell branch, we have been completely satisfied with the Customer Service and attention our account and needs get."
